I’ve been using a great online gaming resource for some time now, but I realized that I’ve never linked to it. S. John Ross created The Big List of RPG Plots, an excellent source of generic adventure templates. Each plot outline is a brief paragraph describing an archetypal action adventure story, suitable for insertion into any game. Whenever I’m stumped for ideas, I turn to the List to spark my imagination.

Be prepared to spend several days crawling through his site, being delighted and surprised as you open every new page.
