PowerToys redux (again)

I hadn’t realized it, but Microsoft has released a new set of PowerToys for Windows XP. If I’m going to be stuck running this OS everywhere I go, at least I can bodge it into something less painful. In particular, it will be nice to have my “open command prompt here” tool back again. I’ve missed it.
